Ahi Poke


Ingredients:

1 Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna Steak
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. Ponzu Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce (optional)
1 Tbsp. Korean Chili Flake (optional)
1/2 of a Shallot (sliced into thin strips)
4 Tbsp. Scallions
1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp. Wakame/Seaweed (optional)


Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except tuna) into a bowl and mix.  Dice tuna steak into 1/2 inch cubes and fold into the mixture in your bowl.  Cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.  You can put it over a salad, rice, or just eat it as is!  Garnish with more green onions, cilantro, avocado, whatever you like!  You can also adjust the measurement of ingredients based on your taste.  Enjoy!
